MalNi provides professional real estate consulting and advisory services, which may include:
Market research and location analysis

Deliverables via video calls (Zoom/Google Meet), email, and written reports
We do not:
Broker or place investments
Sell securities

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
Fees for services will be disclosed prior to purchase or engagement. Payments are processed via Stripe and are strictly for consulting time and delivered advisory services.
By submitting payment, you authorize MalNi (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply, unless otherwise stated.
Because services involve professional time and deliverables, refunds depend on the status of work:
If you cancel before any work begins: you may request a refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
If work has begun or deliverables have been provided: fees may be non-refundable.
Calls and scheduled sessions: you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
We may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion depending on circumstances and the work completed.
Real estate involves risk. Market conditions, financing, execution, tenant behavior, and many other factors can impact outcomes. MalNi does not guarantee results, returns, profitability, or specific outcomes.
You acknowledge that any projections, assumptions, or scenario analyses are illustrative and may not reflect actual results.
All content on the Site and all materials we provide (reports, templates, analyses, frameworks, slides, text, graphics) are owned by MalNi or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use deliverables for your internal decision-making and personal/business purposes. You may not:
Copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute deliverables to third parties without written permission
Reverse engineer or use our materials to create competing services
Remove proprietary notices
If you share non-public information with us (documents, models, negotiations, financials), we will treat it as confidential and use it only to provide services—except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights/safety.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any documents/data with us.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MALNI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL MALNI’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MALNI FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MalNi from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your misuse of the Site or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Content or data you provide to us that infringes rights or is unlawful
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas City, Missouri, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
